Kompletter Zylinderkopf für den 50ccm 139QMB / QMA Motor. Im Gegensatz zu vielen angebotenen Zylinderköpfen wird dieser komplett geliefert. Das bedeutet Ventile, Ventilfedern, Ventilschaftdichtungen usw. sind komplett vormontiert. Der Zylinderkopf ist damit einbaufertig und das Austauschen und Einschleifen der Ventile in Verbindung mit benötigtem Spezialwerkzeug entfällt.
Der Kopf wird ohne Sekundärluftsystem [SLS] ausgeliefert.
Im Lieferumfang nicht enthalten sind Kipphebelbrücke und Nockenwelle. Lieferung erfolgt wie abgebildet.
ACHTUNG: Es kann bei passieren, das die Länge der Stößel nicht ausreicht um an die Ventile zu gelangen. In diesem Falle sind die Kontermuttern der Stößel unter den Hebel umzusetzen. Dies liegt an verschiedenen Zylinderköpfen und kann bei wechselnden Fahrzeugen vorkommen.
Complete cylinder head for the 50cc 139QMB / QMA engine. In contrast to many offered cylinder heads, this is delivered completely. This means valves, valve springs, valve stem seals etc. are completely pre-assembled. The cylinder head is thus built-in and the exchange and grinding-in of the valves in connection with the required special tool is dispensed with.
The head is delivered without a secondary air system [SLS].
The scope of supply does not include toggle link and camshaft. Delivery is as shown.
CAUTION: It is possible that the length of the tappets is insufficient to reach the valves. In this case the lock nuts of the tappets must be moved under the lever. This is due to different cylinder heads and can occur with changing vehicles.
